Deposit Policy:

You are required to have an active debit/credit card on file with Skin & Massage Spa By Bella. when booking an appointment. 

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE BUT CAN BE TRANSFERABLE IF THE APPOINTMENT IS RESCHEDULED/CANCELLED IN A TIMELY MANNER. 

Failing to pay deposits/payments within 24 hours of booking the appointment will result in cancellation or denial of the appointment request.  

Need to cancel or reschedule? No worries, life happens! We ask that you please reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your deposit fee. 

If your appointment is canceled or rescheduled after the 24-hour window, you will have to book a new appointment with a new deposit fee. The fee is non-refundable. 

Refund or Exchange Policy:

We DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges on any products or services. No exceptions. this includes the Non-Refundable deposit for consultations and services. 

Sickness + COVID Policy

If you are not feeling well or are experiencing any of the following symptoms, please call to let our staff know as soon as possible so that we can reschedule your appointment! The 48 hour cancellation fee still applies.

1. Fever or chills
2. Runny nose /sore throat
3. Loss of smell and/or taste
4. Chest pains /pressure
5. Shortness of breath
6. Fatigue /muscle aches
7. Cough
8. Nausea /vomiting
9. Diarrhea
10. Headache /migraine

If you or someone in your immediate family does not feel well, please stay home!
